About Spiral Magenta Lampshade

Introducing Spiral Magenta Lampshade-glow, From a range of stylish and contemporary botanical-inspired sensory lighting.

Sensory lighting

Spiral Magenta Lampshade-glow is a sensory lamp, but its beauty is not just skin deep – the Amberlights family have designed this lamp with your health and well-being in mind.

About Spiral Magenta Lampshade-glow

This handmade wooden lampshade combines contemporary design with a mid-century bohemian feeling. The shade creates streams of shadows, and iridescent light forms on the ceiling and walls. The stronger the light, the better casting shadows of patterns and colours will project.

The material is made from birch wood and then stained in a rich teak finish.

Their setting within the lampshade itself accentuates the brilliant colours that project from the light, and your chosen space influences the colour shift you will enjoy. It would fit perfectly in every room like a modern chandelier, highlighting how geometry and contemporary art can provide a vibrant, striking environment.

Benefits

Research indicates that sensory lighting can offer many benefits to our health. For example, one study found that sensory lighting can help to reduce anxiety and stress, and another showed that it could be used to lift moods. Sensory lighting can also provide sensory input, which can be beneficial for people with sensory processing disorders.

Height 30cm / 11.8inch

BULB NOT INCLUDED (40 watts clear candlelight is recommended) to achieve best effect

This is a multi-functional lampshade to work globally, having made two settings to fit the ceiling fixtures supplied with the shade. Instructions are provided to explain the step-by-step process, with no tools needed to hang your lampshade.

Getting the best from it

For the ultimate effect, use it in a room with white walls and ceiling, with no other light on. Move the lamp away from the wall for bigger, softer patterns; closer for smaller, crisper detail.
